INFORMATION ABOUT DATA PROCESSING ("Privacy Policy of the website www.cns.com.pl")

    The administrator of your personal data provided by you in connection with the use of the functionalities of the website www.cns.com.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) is CNS Outsourcing IT sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-255), at ul. Krakowiaków 103/320 (hereinafter referred to as “CNS”). Our contact details are provided in point 10 (“How to contact us?”).

    During our contact with you, we will collect and process your personal data. Personal data includes any information that allows us to identify you as an individual, such as your name, email address, or telephone number. We are committed to protecting your pri…cy, and therefore your personal data will be secured by us in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations related to data protection and privacy, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter “GDPR”).

The use of cookies allows CNS to adjust the services provided and the presented content to the individual interests, requirements, and needs of the person visiting the Service.   4. Purpose of processing your data
    The personal data of Service Users will be processed based on Art. 6 (1)(f) of the GDPR – processing is necessary for the purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator – ensuring access to the Service and the possibility of using it, as well as enabling contact with the Administrator through the contact form placed on the website www.cns.com.pl. In justified cases, we will also process the personal data of Service Users for archival (evidential) purposes, consisting in securing information in case of legal need to prove facts. In the event that the User provides their data to the Administrator as a result of promotional and advertising activities through the contact form, CNS will process the User’s data based on Art. 6 (1)(a) of the GDPR – consent, which can be withdrawn at any time, and then the Administrator will not process this data from the moment of withdrawal of consent.
  5. How long do we keep your personal data?
    Under applicable law, we may keep your personal data no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which we use it. The period during which we keep your personal data will be determined based on a number of criteria, including the purposes for which we use the data, the number and sensitivity of the data, the potential risk associated with unauthorized use or disclosure of the data, and our legal and supervisory obligations.

    Your personal data is not shared with third parties other than with your consent, unless it is necessary to perform a contract, service or other activities related to providing the service for you, so in special cases we will only transfer data to companies and persons authorized by us who must have access to such data to perform the duties entrusted to them.

    In cases and on the terms specified in the applicable provisions of the data protection law, you have the right to: access your data and obtain a copy thereof, rectify (correct) your data, delete, restrict their processing, or object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you are not satisfied with the way we handle your personal data.     CNS, as the data controller, reserves the right to refuse to delete user data if their retention is necessary to pursue claims or if it is required by applicable law.
  8. Protection of your personal data
    The CNS prioritizes the protection of privacy, including the protection of personal data, and makes every effort to ensure that this privacy is protected. The CNS uses appropriate security measures to protect the personal data transmitted by users of the Service, in particular against loss, destruction, unauthorized manipulation, disclosure, access by unauthorized persons, or improper use of data. This Privacy Policy does not cover information concerning services or goods of other entities than the Administrator, which have been placed on the Service’s pages on a commercial, guest, reciprocal, or non-commercial basis.

    As the data controller, CNS reserves the right to introduce changes, withdraw or modify functions or properties of the Service’s websites, as well as to terminate activities, transfer rights to the Service, and take all legal actions allowed by the applicable law. All actions taken by the data controller must not infringe on the user’s rights.

  9. Automated decision-making: We inform you that in the processing of data mentioned above, no decisions will be made in an automated way, and your data will not be profiled within the meaning of the GDPR, subject to the information provided in point 3.
  10. Transferring data outside of the EEA: As a rule, the Administrator does not transfer your data outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). However, by using the software of the Microsoft Office Company and subcontractors’ services, situations may arise where the Administrator agrees to transfer personal data outside the EEA only when it is necessary and with the appropriate level of protection, mainly through cooperation with entities processing personal data in countries for which a relevant decision of the European Commission has been issued; applying standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission; applying binding corporate rules approved by the competent supervisory authority; in case of transferring data to the United States of America (USA) – cooperating with entities participating in the Privacy Shield program, approved by the Commission’s implementing decision (EU) 2016/1250 of July 12, 2016, on the adequacy of protection provided by the EU-US Privacy Shield (a list of US entities participating in this program is available at: https://www.privacyshield.gov/list). If this applies, the Administrator will inform about the intention to transfer personal data outside the EEA at the stage of their collection. Upon your request, the Administrator provides a copy of your data that will be transferred outside the EEA.
