The Controller of your personal data, provided by you in connection with using the functionality of the website (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) is CNS Outsourcing IT sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-255), ul. Personal data includes any information by which we can identify you as a specific person, such as your name, email address or telephone number. The use of cookies enables CNS to adjust the services and the presented content to individual interests, requirements and needs of a person visiting the Website. 4. The purpose of processing your data

Personal data of the Website Users will be processed under art. 6, section 1, letter f) of the GDPR – processing is necessary for the purposes resulting from the legally justified interests of the Controller – providing access to the Website and the possibility to use it, as well as enabling contact with the Controller through the contact form placed on the website In justified cases we will also process personal data of Website Users for archival (evidential) purposes, consisting in securing information in case of legal need to prove facts. In the event that the User submits his or her data to the Controller as a result of promotional and advertising activities via the contact form, CNS will process the User’s data based on Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – a consent that can be withdrawn at any time, and then the Controller will not process the data from the moment of withdrawal of consent.


5. How long do we keep your personal data?

Under applicable law, we may retain your personal data for no longer than it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we use it. The period for which we store your personal data will be determined based on a number of criteria including the purposes for which we use the data, the quantity and sensitivity of the data, the potential risks associated with unauthorised use or disclosure and our legal and regulatory obligations.

Your personal data shall not be disclosed to third parties other than with your consent, unless this requires the performance of a contract, a service or other activities related to the provision of a service to you, so in special cases we will only pass on data to companies and persons authorised by us who need to have access to this data in order to perform their duties.

CNS, as Data Controller, reserves the right to refuse to delete your data if its retention is necessary for the fulfilment of claims or if required by applicable law.


8. Protection of your personal data

CNS makes privacy protection, including the protection of your personal data a priority and makes every effort to ensure that this privacy is secured. CNS uses appropriate security measures to protect personal data provided by Users of the Website, in particular against loss, destruction, unauthorized manipulation, disclosure, unauthorized access or misuse of the personal data.

This Privacy Policy does not cover information about services or goods of other entities, other than the Controller, that have been placed on the Website pages commercially, hospitably, on a reciprocal basis or not intended to reach  the commercial effect.

CNS, as the Data Controller, reserves the right to amend, withdraw or modify the functions or properties of the Website, as well as to cease Website operations, transfer title to the Website and perform any legal actions permitted by applicable laws. Any actions performed by the Data Controller cannot violate the rights of the User.

We hereby inform that no automated decisions will be made during the processing of the data mentioned above, including profiling, within the meaning of the GDPR, subject to the information provided for in point 3.
